PROCESSING WORKS
Company undertakes the finishing works assuring superior quality at very competitive charges and assures delivery within 24 hours of receipt of the materials either by door delivery or by transporters/Railway service at the convenience of the party.
1. Stenter Machine
It serves multiple purposes including heat setting, drying with various chemical treatments. Bringing the length and width to predetermined dimensions. Stretch the fabrics width wise and to recover uniform width.
2. Calendering Works
We are using 7 roll calendering machine for the calendering work of cloth up to 72" size as required by the party.
3. Washing And Drying
We undertake Washing and drying, Dry finishing, curing, silicone/softner finishing etc. up to 73" size of cloth.
4. Zero zero Finishing Work
Zero zero finishing of cotton cloth up to 73" size.
5. Folding Machine
Folding of cloth up to 74" size.
6. Rolling Machine
Rolling of cloth up to 72" size.
7. Boiler Machine
We are using Maxtherm Boiler machine with a maximum pressure of 10.54 kg/cm2.
8. Generator
We have 35 KVA Generator which serves to do processing work at times of power off without interruption of the work.
9. Water Resources
We have plenty of water resources in the company compound well which helps to carry out processing works through out the year.
